Review of Parkdean Resorts
Lovely immaculate clean caravan. Polite reception staff. Very disapointed that swimming pool only open early in the day. Wanted to swim after day out in early evening but pool closed.
Offensive and rude remarks made to my 86 gear old mother by Nisa shop staff. These are employed by Nisa and not Parkdean.

Engineer did not know exactly how to resolve tge problem. When asked advice about thermostat controls, just stated not his expertise and that an electrican should be better placed to give advice.

Good competitive interest rates.
Very accessible by phone and answer without delay. Speak to a real person. Staff all speak English and so no issues in communication. All staff always very helpful and knowledgeable in their products and systems. Staff are always very patient when sorting things out, very polite.
Today spoke to their colleague, Chantelle who quite happily stayed on the phone whilst I made payments from another bank, to make sure the money hit my GB bank account without issue. Very reassuring when moving large sums of money. Thanks Chantelle and thanks to all your colleagues.
