Very fast by rep to renew policy. More expensive than last year but events over the last years make things unpredictable. Will use again.

Each month I send my readings on time. Tree readings are for my holiday apartment and usage is very low. Each month I push for them to send me my account. They take ages to answer email if at all. It is over three weeks since I sent my readings, and guess what .. no bill. Am not happy and will change when the time is right. !! UPDATE to e-on next reply. First of all E-on I have a dual electricity meter. If you had checked this you would have seen that I give each month a day reading and a evening/week-end usage reafing. Albeit it is on the same tariff I have to give these reads separately. I cannot submit my reads on line through your app or any other means as your system only takes one read which is why I send e-mails and continuously phone with my reads. I once again submitted by e-mail on 2 sept my reads , we are now 23rd sept. Where is my BILL. In one week I will be submitting my next read. Get it together e-on. I just want my bill before all the complications of the government grants come into force at the beginning of October. I have not also received the link e-mail you promised me. What a surprise.
