From my telephone call that Bella took, she handled everything perfectly even arranging an engineer to call the next day which was a Saturday. The engineer, Josh called early morning and was there within 40 minutes. He took careful note of what was wrong and fixed everything. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend the service, Thank you

Exceptional Customer Service
I popped into the Newcastle Branch on a busy Friday to ask about a London trip I wanted to make. I was in a hurry and provided Laura Porter with the details. Laura checked out the information and said she would follow it up. True to her word that day she emailed me full details as well as additional options. I was overwhelmed by the care and attention to detail as well as the speed of service. We sealed the deal on the Monday with additional tours also arranged. Laura certainly went the extra mile. It is rare to receive such exceptional customer service especially what started out as a casual "pop in" inquiry. Thank you Laura and thank you Hays Travel. Laura is an excellent ambassador for you and I would highly recommend the service I received.
