The on line purchase would not go through 2 times of trying so I called to have the call cut off twice. On the fifth time I was able to place order… apparently your new system wasn’t functioning correctly! Not great service at all.

Candle is quality
Candle is quality. Delivery left other side of locked side gate. Not sure if it was dropped or slid down despite being fragile. Came an hour later than slot, so couldn’t stay any longer.

No store stock so had to order online
I was in Cribs causeway store and found exactly what I’d been looking for. Young staff member was very calm
And helpful. She looked for extra stock for me and then I tried some items on.
I required an XL in the trousers and unfortunately you do t stock them
In stores, which I have previously been told in Exeter.
I did live the two items so I ordered them on line but I’d much rather have come away from the store with a purchase.

Not delivered as promised
I placed this order 31/8 and paid for delivery in 3-5 days. I had an e mail from Evri to say deliver 4/9 but not delivered Evri now said delayed until 12/9 not acceptable as I paid for 3-5 days. Surprised you use Evri as have been unreliable in past!!!
