Had a new build house and after two years, rollers for shower door broke. I contacted Roman and gave them details and responded within 24 hours and F.O.C. replacements were sent and delivered within 72 hours of sending 1st email—quality service and helpful.

Simple, easy, cost effective and great service. Got in touch described the issue with Solar Chronograph, FMW arranged collection and was returned in about 1 week completely sorts, my watch arrived back in new carry case and warranty and advise on getting it serviced in a couple of years. The price was good as well for everything included and communication from FMW was fast and effecient. A top class service, 2nd watch fixed by FMW and will use them again.

ordered 7th of October paid over the odds for delivery of 6 bottle of wine, order confirmation received but nothing since, have emailed several times and tried calling they do not answer phone, I think this is a scam and company has gone bust my advice do not buy from this company, even if not bust they are crap at customer service.

Helpful, slick service but can be a bit pushy with all notifications and reminders.
