All the equipment arrived in a timely…
All the equipment arrived in a timely manner, very well packaged, everything looked very well built, clean professional looking. Set up went very well and easy to follow instructions.
First projects on wood was suprisenly clean and sharpe. I am trying to set up the rotary which is not letting me get a level work space with tumblers and I think the rotary is too short and can't do work on large tumblers and tapered objects.
Overall pleased so far and hoping LaserPecker comes out with the conveyor feeder for the lx2 sooner than later.

Software is a poor
Software is a poor. Couldn’t get past “pre-view” screen but once (inconsistent). Reloaded app and ended up with very different process which, while working, doesn’t follow tutorials. Scaling in the new version isn’t different between what’s shown on screen and ultimately burned. Non-software works well, but software issues degrade experience

Very impressed with the LaserPecker 4…
Very impressed with the LaserPecker 4 so far. Engraving quality on stainless steel has been excellent once everything was set up correctly.
The rotary attachment took a little time to get used to, but support was helpful and I managed to get good results.
Still learning what the machine can do, so more to follow as I try different materials and projects.

Iris is wonderful! Laser Pecker stands behind their machines
I have 3 laser pecker engravers as I love how easy they are to use. I have had a couple of issues with them, however, Iris was great at following up on these issues. I also had a crosshair issue with my LX2 machine which I love and Laser Pecker did a great job following up on this issue as to which I am completely satisfied. Thank you Laser Pecker!

The laser machine works fine
The laser machine works fine. Would have been nice if it come with little better instruction books, thanks to YouTube, we managed to get by and I chatted with GPT to figure out the issues of connection issues with a computer. But once everything was lined out, the laser machine works beautiful

I ordered a Laserpecker 4 bundle
I ordered a Laserpecker 4 bundle, there was an issue on the day I ordered with the website and I ordered the incorrect bundle but my query was dealt with by Skye in a friendly and efficient manner, and I was able to purchase the parts I needed to create the bundle I actually needed, whilst still keeping the parts from the incorrect bundle, I’ve not had chance to set up the laser yet, but I’m sure any issues I may have in the future will be dealt with based on my experience so far.
I found this a very helpful company and the customer service was excellent.
