This is the second holiday I’ve booked with Luxury Coastal. Their properties are fantastic and the whole booking process is very easy. Their properties are also very well managed and maintained. The customer service is great, I had to amend my booking and Nicola was great, very helpful and understanding. I will be booking with them again.

I ordered the Beauty Works Waver and I'm very happy with it. It's very easy to use and produced lovely waves in very little time.

I logged the fault with my washing machine on 13th December. 3 engineers have since visited and my machine is still not fixed. That's wasted annual leave and wasted time. Machine still not fixed, expecting to wait over a week again for another engineer, so inconvenient. Really not sure why I bother to pay for insurance with Domestic & General.
