Very Good service. Kept up to date with what was going on and a good value for my goods.

The order was easy to place, it arrived on time and the wool was just what I expected and as the pictures.

The order came as promised and all items were there. Delivery was the next day as promised. One of the jumpers was not quite what I expected so took it to my local Roman store for a credit to purchase something else. Even though I had the returns label with the value of goods, it was a farce just to get the item sorted. I had to prove I had paid for it by showing the value out of my bank account !!! ridiculous when I had the return label and even put the jumper in the correct bag.

While my complaint is not directly at All Saints the delivery service is terrible. DPD are one of the worst delivery services I have ever experienced. You need to change the service.

Order came on time, with nothing missing and all as described in the pictures. Loved everything I ordered.

I have had a good experience with Saga and highly recommend them. The price comparison with other insurance companies was not a great deal, but Saga offered me more for my money.

I have been using shoezone for a while now and find it all so easy. I have changed delivery details at the last minute on more than one occasion and they arrive with no fuss or bother. I love the Lilley range as I find them delicate yet classy as well. Always a good choice of sandals as well. Some slip on shoes are wider than others but still worth the money.

It was good that we were kept up to date with progress. A little disappointed that we were able to contact them after Darcey Quigley thought they were a dodgey company. The debtor was taken back on and payment was eventually made. It was kept for over a week before being forwarded on to us. Which I am not sure the reason for this, except that a small amount of interest would be earned.

The website was quick and very clear and concise. There were plenty of choices and options and the availability to add on additional items as you proceeded through the document. Once I chose the policy it was easy to pay and have confirmation that the policy was active. My only criticism is that I have still not received my documents by email or post. I have contacted the insurance company but have not had a reply.
