The seat is solid, substantial and comfortable. The attachments are similar and easy to apply. The fittings are the same and it is easy to adjust with a range of movement for the seat, so it can be a bit forward or back, and the seat and cover will be upright.

The Indian Banquet Feasting kit is excellent, comes in a metal box with the spices in metal containers, so they will last a while, useful recipe cards. Well designed cardboard cover completed an excellent gift.

Excellent alternative to the dreadful interrail planner, good search engine, tick rail pass box and use instead of rail planner to get free tickets and pay for seat reservations. Remember that it will only give inter rail trips if you tick the pass box

Could not find an item, no store staff around so asked the security guy in the Brighton store, usually in other shops the security people don't know anything and aren't helpful. But this guy was really helpful, firstly he told me where to find the item and later helped me with the payment system. Top bloke.

Excellent customer care, and not the first time. One of the few outfits that properly listen and respond. Their staff are excellent, thoughtfull, supportive problem solvers who are clearly encouraged to be creative and use their discretion. Their products are good and the prices fair.
