Very happy with the service I've had from TrainPal. I do a lot of travel by train and TrainPal has become my first choice for train tickets. It's not easy to define and it may just be little things where TrainPal is that bit better than it's competitors, but it's enough to sway me.

We have bought a lot of books through World of Books over the years, both second hand and new, and another one just now. Their service has always been excellent, and we really like their values: it feels much better to buy from them rather than through the big corporates such as Amazon.

This is my second review here, this one about the installation. John from Trooli arrived on schedule and did a good job of explaining the various steps he would be doing. It did take a few hours but he was friendly and professional throughout. When he was finished he invited me to watch the final cable and wifi speed tests and it was all working perfectly and extremely fast. A great installation experience.

So far I just have the install booked for next month, but great service from Kash who called me back quickly and sorted everything out for me.

Staff were friendly but failed to implement my requirement for a 100% green electricity plan. They showed me plans they said were 100% green, I went with the one they recommended and only afterwards found out that it wasn't so had to cancel the switch.
