SRJ arrived to complete the work exactly on the date and time stated. We had pre warning instructions therefore the work area was ready for them to start. No fuss or mess they left a good clean job with instructions on the use and care of our new doors. Our expectations were met and were not disappointed with the level of service or product quality.

Our shed was delivered on time as advised, however that's where the positive ends! The shed was poorly made, very thin and had multiple holes due to the knots having fell out.
The shed was so poorly made I think that the tradesmen who built it struggled to keep the wood in tact. This left us with, not a quality shed as promised but a horrendous shabby mess of a shed. It wouldn't have lasted any decent amount of time.
I had to make multiple phone calls waiting in queues forever, very poor customer service, in order to get my honest money back. It took weeks!
How did I feel? - ripped off!

Warning! Do not buy from Christopher Ward. I received my XII (Ti) on the 18th May 2024. It stopped working on the 21st! Three days of use. I contacted CW who advised that a "exchange package" would be sent to return the watch, I still haven't received same, 18th June. I had enough of the incompetence and no assistance when emailing and calling. I eventually had to post my watch back as I was promised a payment for postage. I've just received my refund nearly five weeks on. Minus the return postage, which I was due, £22.75 the poorer!
This is the worst company I've ever been unfortunate to deal with. Take advice please, don't buy from this company.
