Needed to return 1 item from the order and having to pay for returns. I appreciate you can get the pre order returns label but that is £2.99 ,and I had to pay £3.99 when the dress wasn't much more in price.

Hoover arrived and won't charge .Sent back for an exchange and now waiting on new stock to come in.Have a funny feeling will soon get an email saying no more will be in stock .Cannot fault delivery or returns though
