Fabulous telephone company

What a fabulous company had by house phone with them for many years now and never had any problems plus when you need help you can phone them and get though no automated system which is fantastic in is self .

Costly insurance

Where one of the cheapest car insurance companies few years ago was with them for over 7 years could not be beat on price until last year 2024 had to change to alternative insurance company which was far far cheaper and this year when I checked with direct line the policies were still expensive and my existing insurance company is £130 a year cheaper so sadly I can’t use direct line the underwriters need to review the prices urgently.

Yodel fails twice

Customer arranged door to door service received email giving 2hr slot to pickup parcel but no one arrived after long time on chat bot they arranged second pickup yet again no one called to pick up parcel so took it to local yodel shop they can’t take it because it door to door never again will I use there service.

What a fantastic company had my home phone with them for many years now and they have always been great people to talk to if you have a problem your not rushed they let you explain your problem and help you get sorted many thanks to them for all years I been with you.

Good prices but no contact number

Very good on price but
charge for change of vehicle and cannot sub- spend policy if you cancel they charge £50. Also they have no contact phone number which makes help difficult
They are ideal if you don’t make any changes over policy term .

Was with direct line for many years totally fabulous company but in 2024 prices went very high double some cases I changed to quote me happy have the price of direct line but high charges for amendments
I do miss direct line keep checking there prices but still high in 2025.

Had our kitchen fitted by Kitchen Emporium very good company there kitchens or of very good Quilty sold wood turn up when arranged arranged nice people to deal with would recommend with confedence kitchen fiter very helpful and best of all no pushy sales man and nice show room in wigan.

Had same problem orderd 1000000 lumens Waterproof Spot Light charged me £26.00incl p&p - very poor 200 lumens torch arrived what are sold on other sites for £8.00
I ordered a new German 1000000 lumens Waterproof Spot Light.
I regret this purchase as it is appears to be a poor-quality mass produced item The light output is nowhere near as bright as claimed.
The item was simply placed in a polythene postal bag. The box was ruined. Shipping also took a very long time
Some people might say you get what you pay for. This does not apply here as this was quite expensive
Suffice to say I shall not be wasting any more of my money or time at asaruley.com

Been with them 4 years on £14 per month contract but after problem after problem give them 30 days notice to port out number then unknown to me changed my contract for last month wanted £78 3 years later still disputed be aware when leaving them .
