I have been happy with talk mobile
I have been happy with talk mobile , however I have just gone abroad and will be for a period of time . Their supposed fair usage policy is pathetic , 5gb of my allowance in the UK per month . I will be cancelling my subscription and moving to another supplier . Very poor .

Done on-line chat with Neveen at Talkmobile didn't bully myself into talking out a larger contract as Three did.
I've just been looking at moving away from Three due to my contract ending wasn't any problem with the phone line but customer service.
I had an 80gigs contract unlimited calls and mins. It was £9.25 but a discount of £5 off regarding direct debit. So really £14.25. It was a good deal a year ago but there was a breach of the direct debit guarantee so would prefer a 30 day rolling contract encase any problems.
My phone is 2 years old but still works on 4G extended life of it with a card so next phone looking at 5G with a memory of 128GB at least.
Neveen at Three on-line chat didn't push myself even sent a link through for myself to check the coverage.
£7.95 with Talkmobile. I've even got a transcript of the chat. Can look at this through a compare the market site to get better offers.

I needed a new esim for my new phone
I needed a new esim for my new phone. I used the in app chat and the agent resolved within minutes. The agent also realised that my data limits could be increased without costing me a single dime more! They didn't have to but I'll give them a 5 star review for going above and beyond! Great start to my day!:) Great customer service Behtimy! :)

Terrible download speeds below 10Mbps
Terrible download speeds below 10Mbps. I was told it was because there is ongoing maintenance in my area and it would fix itself, despite me repeatedly telling them I have the same issue at multiple locations 35 miles apart. I paid for a lebara SIM just to see how it compares given they also use Vodafone network. More than 10x the download speeds of Talk mobile.
I've submitted a complaint and I'll take it to the ombudsman if I need to.

Lost my phone
Lost my phone, called them up and they answered straight away, and sent a replacement simcard within 5 working days.
They really don't mess around - on the 2/3 occassions that I've had to use the online chat as well they've been very very good.
Certainly 100x better than all other previous experiences with o2.
