One of my cases of AU tango which was ordered on the 15th of May still hasn’t been delivered. It’s now the 30th and for some reason I’m getting nowhere on email. I’ve today opened a dispute with my bank. First time I’ve ever had an issue with them but this warrants a review.

I’ve never written a review before as I can’t be bothered but this one warrants it. Ordered strap at the end of January arrived today 28th of Feb. Never again. For the sake of an extra £20 I could’ve bought one from Garmin itself. Strap comes from China.

Awful. Absolutely awful customer service. You’re expected to use the returns portal to return your item. That portal doesn’t work. Trying to get hold of someone in customer service to receive a simple address to return the item is like trying to fly to the moon. Absolutely abysmal. I won’t be ordering off them again. Shocking!
