Now been using GF for a few years now, always spot on with all aspects of their service and products.
My purchases are for personal use, but I also hold a pyrotechnic license for my work (entertainment).
If only companies such as LM were as professional as you guys !

Where is my order
I placed an order on 1st March 2021, and received an acknowledgment email.
On the 12th March I received an email saying it was ready for despatch.
As of today (25/3/21), no product has been delivered.
I've sent two queries via their feedback form. No reply.
I've not received any other communication.
