Please be assured that Naked Dog is stocked at our Norwich retail location; it was, for 5 days, temporarily relocated to our central operations centre whilst ongoing building and freezer works took place; however, the most popular Naked Dog ranges and proteins will continue to be held at our Norwich retail. Thank you for your understanding whilst we make temporary adjustments during the expansion of our retail store.

I have asked our IT Manager to speak with you directly to understand what are the specific issues you encounter when using Click & Collect, and to resolve them. Thank you for working with him so that we can make your online experience better.
