Found Only Paws to be so easy to use…

Found Only Paws to be so easy to use with regards to claims, submit a very easy form online, they contact the vet for any additional information required and usually paid out within a few days or weeks if more complex. Have used for 3 years now and will continue to use

Delays with delivery

Delays in order when pay for next day delivery! I know there are issues with Evri so maybe Next need to consider using a different courier. Not the usual standard!!

Product availability excellent but delivery slow

Product availability excellent and haven’t been able to buy this size bottles anywhere. When it came to delivery I had to call to find out when my order could be expected as I’d waited for 5 working days from my order and not heard anything. Was told my order would be delivered in 2 days which it was but had expected it a bit quicker.
