So helpful - I’d gone down a rabbit hole of on - line comparisons- I wanted to stay with Octopus and was glad they could find a tariff that suited my needs and take into account that I wasn’t using the cheaper night rate. Thankyou such a relief to get peace of mind.

Fabulous customer service. These clothes are so reasonably priced and offer great individual style options. I struggle to buy fashionable plus size items but these are very generous.

Unfortunately I placed my order ( from the professional swish “London based” company) before these other reviews. The promised free small lamp never arrived, the floor lamp was cheap plastic and flimsy - certainly not worth £90+.
Initially had return instructions back to an address in Spain - I alerted them about the potential tariff they’d need to pay- but they didn’t pay- so, the parcel was returned to me. This led to dozens of back and forth emails with various promises, none of which materialised. Now in the hands of AMEX who are investigating and will hopefully use their might to close them down. Do Not buy from these scammers

Harsewak & Gourav delivered my items today. They contacted me to advise their arrival time and were professional and polite. The large items were manoeuvred into place and handled carefully. I have not unpacked the items but the box appears in reasonable condition.

Exhale coffee lives up to the hype. Spending a lot of time in Italy, I’m very fussy about my coffee and can’t stand the often bland/bitter/dusty offerings from high street chains. I used up my free sample from Exhale within a few days: trying it in a cafetière and a stove top Mokka. The aroma filled the house and my first sip promoted a “wow”. This coffee is rich complex and smooth and I relished the fact it provides many health benefits. I look forward to the ritual and reward of brewing this incredible coffee,

Great service. Books well packaged and delivered on time

I often use Avis at Verona Airport (Italy). The staff are professional and helpful and speak good English. I was helped by Anna who answered my questions and efficiently and speedily dealt with the rental process. Everything clearly explained. My only issue with Avis is that I often rent in the winter months to drive north into the mountains ( less than an hour away from Verona) and find that winter tyres are not standard; they can be requested but at present only on larger more costly vehicles. Snow chains are provided but these are not suitable for everyday use.
