Beautiful tealight holder.
Everything from ordering to receiving my order was perfect. The tealight holders ooze timeless elegance that would be admired by all ages!

We wanted a 70 seater to pick us up from Banyans in Newcastle city centre and take us to the Millennium bridge on Newcastle quayside for a gender reveal. Tim from busways was so helpful from our very first contact. He was prompt and efficient. He quickly provided a quote and confirmed a 70 seater was available. On the evening of the event our driver Tristan was amazing. He was so helpful, ensuring all our guests were safely on biard. He was so friendly and made it a pleasure to use busways. He checked the travel time of the journey to make sure we arrived at our destination in time while we were waiting for the last few to arrive. I would absolutely use Busways again and it was a pleasure to deal with both Tim and Tristan.

Steph did it again!
Once again Steph looked at many hotels and resorts for us until she found us our ideal holiday. Nothing is too much bother and she is extremely pleasant and professional throughout.
She really understands everything we want and makes sure she checks absolutely everything until she knows we're completely happy.

I loved the fact these quilts are made to order. I bought 2 and they were worth every penny. They are so warm and snuggly and I am having the best sleeps I've had in ages. I was delighted to see these quilts fill the duvet covers properly to all four corners!

Absolute quality! The NUFC hanging bracket is stunning and the recipient will definately love it.
It arrived much quicker than I expected and it was so well packages. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and in an extremely strong box. I would certainly recommend this company.

Would not recommend one call to anyone. They pass you from one agent to another and after repeating the issue to several different people you are no further forward. Absolute disgrace,!

Gift wrap a no no!
I was a little disappointed with the bottle of vodka I purchased as the colour of the bottle looked much more vibrant in the picture. However, it is still a lovely bottle and I know the recipient will love it.
I would not advise anyone to purchase the gift wrap. It was truly disappointing and a waste of money. I will definately be rewrapping this gift.

After accepting my order and an over the top payment I received a badly written email which in reality cancelled my order for me. I later received a refund but that's not the point. Dreadful service!

They kept me updated when my order was delayed. Then they arrived promptly within the time scale given. Beautiful cushions and great service.
