The company was selling the shoe l was looking for at a discounted price which was under the price of other companies selling the same shoe, plus the shoe's were being posted free of charge and delivered in a matter of days. The quality of the shoe looked to be outstanding with the suppleness of the leather and the sole.

The record company managed to fulfill all what the other record companies had failed to provide in what I was seeking to find out about Japanese songs of the 1930s even though I'm English.

Great prices but only if you can get through to them in the first place, it was days later before l managed to get some one to take my inquiry .

He turned up.

The packet of brass curtain grommets was just what I was looking for to finish off the 2 sound holes in my cigar box guitar l am making. Being a pack of ten gives me plenty
opportunity to make some more guitars in future and they are brass because I trimmed the edges of the grommets down to take off the flat flange running round the edge. Costing only £6 odd was an absolute bargain plus the fact they were brass and not plastic, what's not to like. The packet arrived after only three days in the post and being free post on the item there was nothing to complain about in that respect. All in all the experience with the Trimmingshop has been a thumbs up all round.

WOW, I got to say, that was some amazing service, ordered the day before and in my hands the next morning, that's what I call an outstanding customer relationship, excellent.
From now on l know where to go for any further supplies for my guitar building exploits and that's 'TONETECH', no more wandering the streets and wasting my time on shops that don't have it in or even can't be bothered, no from now on l'll be ordering from Tonetech and saving the hassle. The stainless steel fret wire was excellent by the way and will be fitted shortly. Thanks again for an excellent service.

To be honest it was when l made an enquiry into a pair of rectifier valves that l had just bought and one was not acting how it should when l first switched it on. I phoned up to ask what they thought about the way it was working and the lady who answered the phone put me straight at ease by saying "as it was Friday why not try it out over the weekend and if it's not right get in touch on Monday and we'll change it straight away". Well what could you say about that other than full marks for being so helpful and wanting to go the extra mile. As it turned out the valve settled down and as been working excellent ever since. Full marks for a helpful and friendly service of which I've had dealings with them a number of times and have always found them helpful and quick in sending out your order.

The two assistants went to great lengths to help me get the perfume that my granddaughter had seen and would like, bearing in mind that nobody else was willing to go the extra mile and order the perfume. Perfume was on it's way by the next day and delivered by the next day. Brilliant service, brilliant staff and will definitely be going back for my next family purchases and forgetting the rest in town who couldn't be bothered. Talk about going the extra mile, they were brilliant.

Couldn't have been happier with what I ordered. Arrived well packaged and the order was delivered well before the stated time.
Would l order from them again...most definitely.

They have always been great at sorting any problems and can,t do enough for you, it would have been a 5 star rating but it,s slipping down the ladder a bit with cheaper rates from other energy providers starting up and taking over there crown.

I had been looking for a roll top bread bin made in Beech wood for a while & when i saw just what l was looking for in Scotts of Stow's catalogue l had no hesitation but to buy it.
