My order took 9 days to deliver, carton holed and crushed and upside-down. Sent photo's no reply resent after 5 days, sorry could not find order. Resent photos now they require more of individual daffodil pots in bloom to analyse damag. My wife had just planted as should be good next year. They are very slow to post packaging inadequate and convoluted damaged process wasting time.I Would advise using a local nursery to avoid disappointment.

Purchased a Einhill hedge cutter, 550mm arrive in unpackaged box.On testing very noise effected my tinnitus.
I returned in original packaging and did not receive a refund,on contacting they said to wait 3 to 5 days,
not received.2 x emails later informed box broken on return so No refund if I wanted it back to pay return postage. On receipt they accepted the return with out query to courier,being a pensioner £67.00 Loss is a lot for me. My advice is do not use the online service as return items not refunded,very unhelpful service.

Leaking Radiator comb.After 30min Manager TAJ checked and said all good when sold.He could diagnose fault for £109.00,this offer declined he said I can give you 10min look but to ring back next week. I telephoned not available will call back.I have tried again leaving messages with staff and answerphone contact was never returned. When purchasing the car they sold me a Motor protection policy.I have since contacted many garages they said we do not deal with them as the small print is ambiguous they will not give us the work order but decide after the work is completed if they will pay often the customer pays the full bill also the hourly rate is low and garages are not interested. Policy not worth the money

Suit looked well made, my wife put on the suit with in 30min she was stung twice on her throat from inside requiring treatment. On close inspection the zip junction had bee sewn incorrectly and the zip cover flap velcro too far from zip leaving a bee entry.
Returned suit refused refund as suit worn. They thanked me for the information. I had to request
action from them to address solution as he Suit Was
Not Fit For Purpose. They gave two options.
1. PAY an additional £40.99 to replace the suit,as original suit couldn't be resold.
2.Or they will rerurn the suit, the faulty suit
They showed No remorse for my wife's injury,
They No longer respond to my emails.
Very poor after sales more interested in avoiding a financial loss from the Faulty suit than giving customer
Satisfaction. "Buyer Beware"

I purchased a cordless tyre pump at the end of January, used 3 times failed in July,12 months warranty. Contacted seller x3 No answer, contacted ebay informed seller had blocked my ip address. Ebay unable to help after 90days to force sellers to comply they said all they can do is report and remove offender.
My advice do not purchase electrical items from Chinese sellers or there UK warehouses.

I have a friend 77 years old on crutches. His gas supply stopped working over a decade ago. He has phoned many times but nobody has actioned so he gave up. They have been informed he is a vonerable adult. I and the citizens advice have been actively pursuing British Gas since October 2024. They eventually attended and confirmed No
incoming gas as reported over many years.
He is still with out gas. BG have all work carried out by third parties and have little control over contractors.
They are only interested in monetary gain. The call room staff when able to contact to try help,we know he is on the Vonerable register we can only pass on your information.
If changing Energy Supply be aware
British Gas Do Not Look After You Once On The Hook.

DO not use as No accountability. unable to make contact,cancelled order No answer .materials needed to repair stove NO heating.
