Always really good products, my dog doesn't get an upset tummy with Jr pet products whereas she does with other pet supplies.

Grapetree products are usually brilliant and I usually put a big order in followed by a small one of the nuts or seeds I've forgotten but I ordered some dried apricot pieces which were great until I bit down on something hard and I mean really hard, it must have been a bit of stone I presume but so glad I didn't chip a tooth! So unlike grape tree products.

What brilliant customer service. I received my brush and bottles of serum from the groom lab but the bottles had leaked in 4 out of the 6 bottles, one extra bottle would have been fine but Jessica kindly sent 6 replacement bottles which unfortunately have leaked again which is hard to understand considering it's really big bubble wrap in a padded envelope but no worries it has made up for the missing liquid but Jessica was so helpful with no hesitation on replacing the bottles... Customer service outstanding, I'll keep buying from them.
The brush with the serum is so good on my springer spaniel puppy she smells gorgeous and her fur is so soft using it. Well pleased customer. x

Have already put a review on but hug rugs are absolutely brilliant just what I wanted and the right size. They were expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. Got two and will get a third when they're back in stock.

All good and easy ordering online as too heavy to carry home.

Gemma did a top up on my lips yesterday and they are so good, she enhanced the colour to give it a bit of umf and it has done exactly that. I live in Exmouth but even if I lived up country I would still come to Gemma for my treatments. Thank you as always Gemma I'm well happy. 🥰

Georgina was the lady that I saw to swop from EE to Tesco's SIM only in the mobile phone shop. She was so helpful and friendly and sorted it in ten minutes, what a refreshing change. What a credit to Tesco's.

Best eyebrows ever!
OMG...Gemma did my eyebrows today and they are fantastic. I've spent over a year getting the previous ones lasered off as they were awful but I am so pleased with my brows today it was worth the wait and the pain from lasering! Gemma is a true perfectionist and so talented and such a lovely person. As you can tell from reading this I am ecstatic after waiting so long but now have beautiful brows. Thank you so much Gemma.xx

Good products except the walnut pieces they tasted burnt!

Not worried as everything else was great, an occasional blip doesn't matter I'll still be buying plenty of healthy food from you.
