I rely on Moonpig's timely reminders to make sure I don't miss any family birthdays, etc. I'm always busy so using Moonpig takes the pressure off me to have to remember dates. It's an excellent service.
The card blanks leave plenty of space for inserting text and pictures, and composing a card is easy.

The Moonpig site is very easy to navigate, it all works very well, and I've been really pleased to find lots more traditional Christmas cards than there were last year - I love the Christmassy look. The new (to me) abilities to add photos or videos seems a great idea; I'm not quite ready to jump into that yet, but now I know they're there, maybe next year.
As I'm a busy (and forgetful) person, one thing that would be really good would be to get a warning from the site if I chose the same card for Auntie or Granny etc that I chose the previous year - it would save a lot of embarrassment. A history of previously-chosen cards and recipients listed on my account would be just as good, come to think about it.

What made the experience great for me was the ease with which I could book a date for delivery - I found that many other suppliers seem unable to give a firm delivery date without it being at short notice, making arrangements difficult. I was also impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the agent I spoke to on the phone. I will certainly use AW again.

Moonpig site is excellent, speed of delivery is excellent, and there is a large choice of cards, but the quality of the cards has really deteriorated in the past couple of years, in common with most other similar sites. I set out to find a card for my brother that was either attractive or humourous, but most of the humourous cards are now either unfunny or insulting, there are very few cards with attractive pictures on, and I ended up making do with a card with a picture of a wineglass on it. I'm sorry to say that unless things change I'll be making all my greetings cards at home from now on.

Parcels (compost bags) were delivered very quickly, in good condition, despite the pouring rain. They were left exactly where I asked them to be left, which was much appreciated, especially as they were extremely heavy.

Good easy to use website, good pricing and quality vegetable plants - very pleased to see that early potatoes are being offered with growing bags as this saves space in the garden and makes harvesting easier.
Only gripe I have is that there's not much choice in the way of compost unless you want it in industrial quantities.

It's a good site with nice simple, straight to the point layout. But - I had a long review to type, and on my android tablet minimizing the trustpilot page to check my facts in another app caused everything I'd typed into the review to be cleared, In the end I had to write the review in a text file and copy / paste it into Trustpilot.

I engaged Specialist Leak Detection after two separate flooding incidents in a 5-year-old house, caused by badly fitted pipe joints under the upstairs floorboards. I wanted to get some peace of mind by finding out if there were any more potentially leaky joints, and get them replaced if there were. I was expecting a visual inspection, but SLD surpassed my expectations - they used cameras for visual inspections of the joints under the floorboards, pressure detection to identify anything escaping from internal / external mains, dyes in the waste pipe system (hot water waste, shower, and toilet, etc.) to highlight any leaks there, and thermal imaging to detect any hot water leaks. Thankfully there were no serious leaks, but they did discover a slow leak in the washing machine pipe behind the back of the kitchen cupboards, and leaking around the bath caused by poor sealant. They even isolated the washing machine pipe pending its repair.

I was given a full pdf report listing all the checks that they had made, with explanations, outcome and photographs. Overall I was extremely impressed with them - they were professional, efficient and friendly, and gave very good feedback in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone who has or suspects a problem with leaks.

Ordered spring bulbs for containers for spring '23. Selected from on-offer bulbs, extremely good value for money, and when the plants arrived they were all in good condition, all healthy and carefully packed.
The same good quality and service that I've always had from Crocus.

I've used Healthy supplies for many years now and I rely on them for good basic fresh ingredients like dried fruit, nuts, flours, seeds, nut butters etc. I'm not a vegan or even a vegetarian, but I'm a baker of breads, traybakes, biscuits and cakes and a mixer of muselis, and HS sell the freshest and highest quality ingredients that I've found. You can also buy in bulk cheaply, and they always have offers going on. Delivery is fast and goods are always well packed. I wouldn't change.

Very quick and efficient dispatch of goods, goods always well packed and in good clean condition. I rely on Chemist Click for a supply of facemasks and occasionally gloves, and I know that I won't be let down.

The item I ordered was out of stock and took nearly 2 months to become available. It seems good quality but the wait has made me rather dubious about ordering from Lands End again. Having said that, I have had similar waits for clothing from other shops.

Very pleased with all aspects of the purchase - website was clear and easy to use, gave all necessary information, good clear product details and pictures.
Payment was simple, and delivery was efficient and careful, and arrived at the time stated. Info from carrier was best I've ever seen, including an email address to contact an actual person about the delivery, which was very much appreciated, as our house is shown in the wrong place on Google and on SatNavs. The bike was in mint condition when it arrived, and has shown no faults at all. Rating - excellent!

Healthy Supplies are always reliable, their food is top quality, the deliveries are fast and their customer service is excellent. I've been a customer for about 6 years now and I've never had any problems.They have a great range of products, and they are always adding something nice - logging in and looking at the range of products is always a bit like exploring Aladdin's cave!

I've been using Healthy Supplies for about six years now, and I can say in all honesty that they are my favourite food supplier - very good quality produce, lots of choice, a well designed and easy to use website, and a very helpful customer service. I couldn't manage without them! The nuts and dried fruit in particular are of outstanding quality - I've not seen anything comparable anywhere else - and delivery is quick and efficient, and everything is clean and very securely packed. I'd give them 7 stars if I could.

I've used Healthy Supplies for about 5 years and they have never disappointed - quality of the food is excellent, the range is great and the customer service is very very good indeed. They are a healthy food outlet but you don't need to be vegan - I am not, but I love cooking from scratch using healthy, unadulterated ingredients. Their range of nuts and dried fruit is huge and seems to be expanding, and I'm just about to try out their dried vegetables, which look lovely. For me, looking on their site is like going into Aladdin's cave - I always look forward to re-ordering.

Have used Hotel Chocolate in store and online for years now and it's my go-to place for chocs, as products are in a class of their own. Website experience is in general very good but I have a minor carp about the gift message box on the website - if you mistype anything or want to change something, there is an edit option but the gift message box is blanked out for the edit and you have to try to remember everything you originally wrote, and type it all again, even if you only mis-spelled one word or left out a comma. Niggling criticism I know, but it's an irritating little detail.

As always, very fast delivery, products well packaged and the quality high without any exception in the 5 years I've been using Healthy Supplies. A huge range of products, and customer support are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for nuts and dried fruit now.
