Complete waste of money and time, I am half-way through my 3rd month and have lost 2lb 6ozs. I have a feeling the 2lb 6oz was due to the hot weather, I am sure I sweated it off and not due to these rubbish capsules, what a shame we cannot get our money back if it dosnt work.!!!!!

Louise was very very helpful, I was struggling to find a Travel Ins Policy to cover my trip to Australia. She gave me all the information I needed and even found a better quote that I had initially found with Insure and Go.

Lesley in the Colchester HMV shop was extremely helpful and made the whole experience easy.

I enjoyed all the places I visited, however I was disapponted with the Tour Manager Bee, she was in my view quite bossy, also didnt allow seat rotation on the coach, not sure if this was not allowed by Riviera. Obviously there had been problems with Covid 19 however we had all had our vaccinatons and PCR tests before we travelled, also we were very close to each other all through the tour so to not allow rotatiion seemed to be the wrong decision, not only my view I should add. there seemed to be lots of chatting and laughing from the front of the bus but if you were at the back you were not aware of what was going on. All the previous tours I had been on had seat rotation, also if you are at the back you have less time at a stop because obviously you were last off. this really has to be looked at for future tours. I had made a suggestion when we reached the stockyards in Fort Worth that perhaps we could leave slightly earlier after the parade so that those who were going to the Rodeo would have time to freshen up at the hotel before they went, previously Bee had said this couldnt happen, it would be just the people not going to the Rodeo would be dropped off, as the heat was well in the 90's this was not ideal. Anyway 30 minutes later, Bee said pickup would be at 4.30pm to give people a good hour to freshen up. Very strange!!. The Coach Driver Steve was excellent, definately got us out of some tight spots especially in Austen. Visited some fantastic places that I didnt think would be possible. One last thing which i think should be thought about another time is a Meet and Greet get together the first evening, Gives everyone a chance to say hi, again this has taken place on other tours that I have been on. I will have to seriously think about joining one of your tours in the future.

I Took my Hyundai I10 into my local Halfords in Colchester as my windscreen washers were not working. Excellent service, they booked for me to take my car into they main Autocentre again in Colchester, fixed the problem and also carried out a 5 point car health check. No charge whatsover. Excellent service.

I ORDERED A 4 YARDER AND RELALISED THAT THIS WOULD NOT BE BIG ENOUGH, SO I RANG THE OFFICE AND SPOKE TO LEILA AND SHE MADE ALL THE ADJUSTMENTS THAT WERE REQUIRED. VERY HELPFUL.

I ordered 500 litres of fuel on the 19th July and didnt expect delivery for well over a week, but it arrived on the 21st July. Very good.

Excellent. I ordered the Oil on-line I was given an expected date of delivery. I was then sent a text to say that it was being delivered earlier, he then shut the gate afterwards. Very impressed.

Service via Castle Fuels Oils was poor. Failed to adhere to 'delivery instructions' and failed to respond to a subsequent e-mail asking why 'delivery instructions' were not adhered to. Perhaps they just can't be bothered to deal with customers!!
