Purchased clothes that my teenage boy chose. Great selection of products. I did have to return 2 things due to size small being slightly too big. The returns process was easy to do and the return was processed fairly quickly. Delivery was prompt and all items were packaged well. I'm very pleased with the quality of the clothing as well. I've purchased some items previously which have lasted extremely well.

All items I ordered arrived well packaged. The dahlias that I am using the calcified seaweed and fish bone & blood on as part of their potting mix are doing very well 😊

This is the third time I've ordered from Gravelmaster and the 2nd time I've ordered the ProBlend Multi-purpose soil. This soil is brilliant as a base for the mix I make for potting up my dahlia collection. Every delivery driver has been super helpful and polite, they've made sure that the delivery was put in a spot that wasn't blocking the driveway/my wheelchair ramps.

Purchased this grow tent for my mum this time round. She's super pleased with it. She found it easy to put together. It's the perfect size for the spot in her garden. These grow tents are well made. I've got 2 myself that I also purchased from here. Delivery was prompt and mums tent arrived suitably packaged.

Delivery was prompt and the jeans arrived well packaged. The denim is good quality. Unfortunately will be returning the jeans as the fit wasn't quite right for my son.

Edit. Filled in the requested information link that I was sent, and what a surprise no further contact from this awful company. The bouquet was completely dead by day 3 of arrival and before the roses could open up. Please don't get sucked in by the positive reviews they have on their site, or from the photos. As the quality and what they actually look like is nothing like what is advertised!


My son ordered the belle roses bouquet and the quality is absolutely awful. The roses arrived droopy, bashed around and the edges of the roses are all brown. Considering the cost of the of the bouquet the quality is awful. I contacted customer service sent in multiple photos only to be told they see no issue and to peel off the outer petals. Absolutely shocking customer services. Why the hell should I have to peel off petals before gifting them to the person that they are meant for?!? The rose buds are closed that much that they will be dead before they open up fully. The box they arrived in was all bashed up as well. Avoid avoid avoid!

We do alot of cooking in our household and being able to buy larger amounts of herbs and spices means we save money and aren't having to go to the shops so often. Easy to use. It would be great if more drop-off lockers could be more accessible for those of us who use wheelchairs. The ones that I use aren't accessible/safe for me to get to in my chair, so I have to rely on people taking packages there for me.
