Having ordered from Christow previously and being very impressed with their value for money and prompt delivery times we placed another order on 22nd June. However, part of the order did not arrive despite receiving an email to say it had been dispatched.
I have tried speaking to customer service but they are unable to speak to me because of data protection (my husband cannot access a phone during the opening time). He then sent emails and we have not had a satisfactory response and are still awaiting delivery of our parasol base!
Great company let down tremendously by below par customer service!!

I ordered a tressel table - unfortunately it was damaged but they sent a new one straight away and it’s been out to use and is great. I appreciate the swift customer service - which was via email and chat.

The products were excellent and delivery was prompt.

I ordered something. It came quickly. It was what I ordered. It was a good product. It was a fair price. What else could I want?

Don’t use Evri Delivery service, they are consistently bad. Still waiting for them to pick up packages to be returned to Christow after making an arrangement for collection Monday and still waiting (Wednesday )

Very poor communication. Their returns system does not work - I am still awaiting a collection for a returned item nearly 2 weeks later, and Christow do not answer their emails and their phone system hangs up on you as they are “too busy”. Would not recommend or buy from again.

The parasol was delivered promptly and well packed. The unit its self was rather poor aluminium rivets in plastic joints. Only with 2 days use in a light breeze the unit was showing its weakness. The returns process is totally automated you can’t speak to a human and it directs you to the worst courier company in the uk ( EVRI ).
They are now 3 days late collecting the return and their chat bot is terrible. You can’t talk to a evri employee and you’re lucky to get a sensible reply with 24-36 hours via email.
My experience stay away.

I had need to contact the company. The email response time was far too long. The company did warn you in advance of a delay but it was not great.

Great product at an attractive price point. The instructions were good and easy to follow. Assembly took just 5 minutes.

Very quick delivery and service. Shelving unit as detailed.

Loved my umbrella, perfect colour for my garden, picked a base that said compatible! 11kg..Turned out it wasn't. In print further down it said was ok if put through table! 22kg needed otherwise! I emailed company to explain my circumstances and why umbrella was important to me, Up till now nine days later have had no reply to my email!! Tried calling, phone just says cannot connect! Total lack of customer support. Really disappointed as was so pleased I’d ordered from a local company and expected better from them! Have now returned base awaiting refund as was picked up by Evri four days ago, So we shall see if that is now going to be an issue receiving! Very disappointed customer.

The product I ordered was a very reasonable price and came on the date promised. I was very happy with it.
