Delivered earlier than expected. One item was incorrect but that was remedied quickly and resent by next day delivery.

Parcel left safely in a sensible place, despite it being tricky to do so because of building work.

Parcel has apparently been at delivery depot over a week. Have tried chat and phone- requested call back. Had 2 emails saying they are looking into it but still no further update. App says 'take action' but no guidance on what 'action' to take!!
EVRI local couriers are usually excellent [hence 2 stars) but this lack of being able to contact when things go awry is dire.

It was a refreshing experience to speak to real people from my initial call. I did need to be passed to another branch / department but I didnt wait long and was connected to Bernard who was able to arrange my insurance. He did need to call me back but did so with the information to complete the transaction. He was knowledgeable and also information and it was a pleasure to speak with him as well as getting everything sorted and at a sensible price.

My first RGK wheelchair and my first custom built chair. I had a pretty clear idea what I needed in a wheelchair having used one for over 30 years now, but recent surgery meant that I had to get the lightest chair I could while still matching a fairly active lifestyle. A rep from another company referred me to RGK and to Lee Fawcett. Lee travelled up to meet me and brought a demo chair and between us we came up with the optimum spec. As a wheelchair user himself Lee knows his stuff. As I spend a lot of time outdoors (wild camping and kayaking) Lee's add in of a clip on front wheel has already proved a great asset. A couple of weeks after placing my order my Son suggested I request the option of removable push handles as I'm "not getting any younger" and I'm expecting this chair to be a longer term investment than any NHS option. This was no problem. Love the new chair and looking forward to covering many miles in it!

Well packaged and quick. Can't comment on product as it is for a gift but I would be delighted with it!

Easy to use website especially for searching dates and places. Straightforward booking and often options to change booking and payment options.
Downside is they do NOT make arrangements for disabled access accommodation. You need to sort that yourself direct with hotel. Tbh I have had better rooms doing this way than with on street agent, but check with actual hotel yourself before committing.

Very happy with my new vacuum cleaner. I was going to order this from Argos (after trying my Son's) but it was out of stock. I was delighted to order direct from Shark and with no delivery charge. It was delivered within 36 hours of my ordering and I was given a specific time slot on the day of delivery too.
I am a full time wheelchair user and was fed up with getting cables wrapped round my wheels and having to lift my Vax vacuum up onto my lap if I needed to attach the long reach hose. The Shark has solved both those issues for me! I find the handle a bit long,(most people don't vacuum from a seated position so not relevant to most of you!) but the maneuverability more than compensates for this!

Perfectly happy with Avro- had no issues since I switched to them, regular reminders to input my meter readings. A quick phone call when I wanted to tweak my standing order and sorted straight away.

This is the third of this model watch I have bought. I need a robust waterproof watch as a kayak coach - it is cheaper to buy this watch than to replace battery and reseal.
I am gutted that it seems this model is no longer being stocked in the new catalogue - I got this last one from the cabinet in store.
