Cold called by one of their agents about my Vodafone account. Told them I wasn't interested 3 times but they wouldn't take no for an answer. Real pressure selling. I got the supervisor on the phone and he apologised and said that it shouldn't happen. Not impressed at all and have complained to the company

The British gas engineer arrived on the day and timeslot arranged. He contacted me prior to arrival. Was very polite and cheerful and wore PPE. After the service he gave me to results of his tests and checks.

Absolutely appalling customer service. They couldn't arrange delivery last week as per my instructions. Spoke to various customer service representatives at their call centre for the past week, all of which were very apologetic and said they would get it sorted. Promised phone calls to advise me on what was happening - none of them did call me. I'm fed up of chasing them. From my experience I'd recommend you never buy anything directly from them, use a retailer.

The handbrake on my car failed and as I need it for work I had to get it repaired as a matter of urgency. I rang my local Halfords in Newport Road, Cardiff, on the Tuesday afternoon, they found space to check it the following day. They got back to me a few hours after I dropped the car off to let me know the handbrake unit required replacement. It isn't a part Ford keep on the shelf so they got Ford to order it and they received it on the Thursday. They made space to fit it on the Friday afternoon and it was sorted by 3pm. Very pleased with their service and going out of their way to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Excellent service and a special mention for Carl at the branch who arranged everything.

They carried out my MOT, easy to book and they did it on time. Very efficient and polite service, will use them again.

I haven't had the kitchen fitted at the moment as the building work for my extension is still to be completed. The kitchen was delivered on time and appears to be complete and exactly what i ordered. The builders i'm using have told me every Wren kitchen they have fitted has been very straight forward and they recommend them. The staff at the Wren showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable. They designed the kitchen to my needs and provided me with a 360° view of it. So as it stands I have found them very good and have no reservations about recommending them.

I purchased a large pepper mill for a friend who loves to cook and entertain. The order was processed quickly and delivered within days. The product its self was of a very high quality and matched the description on the website. My friend was thrilled with the gift and I'll definitely be using them again.

Both of my parents went into care and unfortunately passed away. The complicated legal process of probate and dealing with their estate, including the sale of their house was handled with great professionalism and sympathetically by all the staff we dealt with at the solicitors. They are very honest and give you all the pros and cons. The agent i spoke to was very thorough and went through all the options available. What impressed me most was the time spent discussing other options other than equity release, there was no 'hard sell'. It was very refreshing to have a frank conversation where it was more seeking advice than being sold something.

I paid the deposit on a holiday letting, I then tried paying the balance and appeared to have done so successfully and had an email saying I'd paid it. Several weeks later I checked my bank statement and found only the deposit had been paid. I went into my booking and found the balance was still outstanding and I successfully paid it. I'd suggest you double check after paying your balance that it has gone through.
