Waited in all day and no pick up. Next day waited saw the driver and he left before I manage to get down the drive. Now been on hold to complain for over 30 mins

Dreadful experience. Purchased a Parris. Wrong parts arrived. Tub doesn’t stay inflated. Paid £26 for next day delivery. Called CS and took 25 mins to get through. They sent over a request for me to fill out details of problems. Sent it over and the responce was 10 days before we can respond. Tried returning it everyday since but website doesn’t allow download of photos…. Can’t return without this now stuck with £650 worth of goods unusable and not able to return

Gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Look so realistic. I have several bunches of faux flowers but these are my favourite.
Had an issue with delivery.. Royal Mail and the company sorted it out for me super quick thank you

I was a little sceptical as some inexpensive perfumes I have tried in the past have not lived up to expectations, with an artificial smell and not very long lasting.i wanted something to wear ever day. This exceeds expectations. It is well packaged, comes really quickly and the smell is lovely. (No incentives offered to post this review) it’s 100% genuine. 100% recommendations

Bought several bottles from SHO . Had an issue with a new Newt bottle. It lets in air and is really unpleasant to drink out of. Customer service firstly sent me a video to watch. Took bootle apart several times…. Still had the issue. Contacted them again and then they wanted a video of me putting it back together and drinking out of it to show that I was using it properly… seriously treat you like an idiot. Refused and they still wont replace the lid. They want me to pay to return the bottle. Said bottle is now in the bin!

These are absolutely gorgeous. So nice to have a soft drink that doesn’t taste really artificial and sugary. Had the mixed box and thought some of the flavours were a bit weird but was pleasantly surprised. Light and refreshing. Love them!

Was a little nervous about buying black pots and getting them shipped as it’s a nightmare to return. Ordered 4 large one and they came sooner that expected and they are beautiful. The only issue is that they were only wrapped in plastic and some of the plastic was scuffed and the pots exposed but luckily they were not damaged

Best dog food. I have 4 dogs and 2 are picky eaters. It’s a pain having several different dog foods. Changed to miraculous meals 6 months ago and all of them absolutely love it. It’s comes well packaged with super quick delivery. I have no connection to the company and have not received a discount or incentive to write this review

I love the floor cleaner and the shiny cleaner is amazing so o thought I would give the laundry sheets a go. Havnt had much success with previous eco laundry sheets but these Biopure Truwash sheets are brilliant. I have been using them for a few weeks. On a cool wash my clothes come out clean and fresh and no half melted pod on your clothes that you only seem to find when you try and iron them Brilliant 100% recommendations

I do floss regularly but getting to the back ones is a chore. Also because of different gaps I have to buy several colours of indent brushes, and water flosses are just messy. Starting using this and I love it. Teeth feel so clean. Saving money on hygienist visits will mean it will pay for itself within a few months. We all love an electric toothbrush so genius we have now have access to an electric flosser. Genuine review. I don’t know anyone in the company and have not been offered any incentives to write this review

Purchased sparkly cleaner and floor cleaner and blown away with the results. I am forever buying window sprays that claims to leave no streak and then do! This one doesn’t. It also works perfectly on all things shiny, amazing. The Floor cleaner has a lovely scent, (not synthetic which I hate) and works beautifully. 100% recommendations

Should have read the reviews. It’s always telling when companies get 1* mixed in with 5*. I purchased an item for a friends birthday. Sure claim 5/8 days but several weeks later still no item. I have contacted customer service but no proper update. Will file a complaint with my credit card and get a charge back

This is a terrible service. Card has a technical issue so can’t use it or use balance. Called 4 times and each time I have waited for a new card and they don’t send it. You can’t speak to anyone senior and there is no email number. You have to write a letter. Guess that if you make it really difficult to make an official complaint, Sainsbury’s etc can look at data and think they are serving customers correctly

It’s really difficult to manage subscriptions. Communication and reliability is poor. So many decent quality collagen products out there, don’t waste your time with one that cares very little for their customers ….

Bit misleading as you only get 15 days per bag. 30 in bag but 2 is the dose. Expensive for only 2 weeks supply

Really dissatisfied with Klarna service recently. Been using for about 5 years as bought an item and this was the only option. Used on and off since with no issues. Recently been scammed through Wowcher so put in my first complaint. Sent all emails pictures etc and they responded with nothing they could do and payment due. Email comes from a no reply and that’s it. No further help. Won’t use again., better stick either my credit card

I ordered 2 luxury adventure calanders and what came was a tray with absolute rubbish in. No countdown to Xmas as expected from an advent calendar. I contacted WOWCHER and there response is they are not responsible for goods as you only buy the voucher from them. Absolute scam
Update as you suggested I have reached out 3 times and have not received a responce only asking order number and issue and photos. This has now been provided on 7 separate occasions. Order number 50338242
