Fast delivery, very polite delivery staff, explained everything and protected my kitchen floor, great price for my appliance

Shame I even had to give these one star.

Really do not work for these 2 weeks training to work for the SLC contact then expected to take calls with hardly any support, after 3 weeks of none stop stress and anxiety enough was enough.

Upper management don't care that you are struggling the response is your doing ok and offer no further training or support.

It maybe better on a different campaign but the SLC one is shocking

Was looking forward to the plan well that was short lived, most of the meals are lacking in protein, the beef meals are dreadful, you can barely find any meat then when you do its fatty and on one meal it wasn't just fat you could see the vein, the chicken is compressed and very dry, please don't start me on the pasta dishes they are slimy. Overall I ended up not eating more than half of the lunch and dinner meals

2 things they do well is breakfast and snacks.

Is no wonder why I lost weight with not eating hardly anything and the lack of protein certainly not good when you are in the gym 4 times a week.

Finally had to cancel due to allergies to some ingredients in meals which I was thankful for.


The reply is a joke with the quality of the meat its shocking the fat wasn't hidden you could see it as soon as you opened the meal, the nutritionalist need to rethink the meals as the protein levels are very low in the meals, protein is needed to keep you full and help matain muscle,

No updates after placing order, was told upon ordering a delivery date which didn't happen, phoned up to check where my item was to be told it has not been sent, item arrived 4 days later,

Honestly the most shocking company I've ever had to deal with, requested a repair on my monther in laws freezer, they left it in a worse state, can't get any one back out for over a week, the call centre staff talk to you like rubbish and argue back when you say anything, avoid at all costs

Was late at being delivered so missed my son's birthday,

Love the fact there is no nasty chemicals in the products, everything is eco friendly, smells fantastic and totally keeps me fresh, I have 2 one at home and another for my gym bag

No update since placing order over a week ago. Emails go unanswered, live chat no one is ever available, Had to rise a dispute with my bank

If I could would be a minus, ordered blinds they came look cheap and nasty not what I wanted at all, contacted them they offered 50% off another one, stupid me ordered again, put the other one's up cheap quality, faulty yes they have issued a refund for these, however the other one's they refuse to as they are saying they have been made, what a joke they are not due dispatch till the end of June, stay away from this Micky mouse company they have no morals and response from them is shocking

Hector from the Twitter team was absolutely fantastic, dealt with both my issues straight away, explained everything clearly keep up the good work.

Came before its time slot which was great as they usually don't turn up, The only issue is if they could let you know earlier in the day what the time.slot is.

After healthy eating for 4 month's was getting into the habit of eating the same meals so i knew it fitted it but was getting fed up,

Thought i would try here and omg so glad i did totally changed my eating plan, already planning my next order

Exactly how you would want, placed my order lucky for me i live close by so had the option to collect, got message to say it was ready to collect, had to phone to see if I could add some wax onto my order at the last minute, no hassle took my payment and it was added onto my collection order, will definitely order again, everything is off good quality and wow the fragrance oils.

Really don't waste your time, did nothing for credit report in fact it got worse, have pulled my money out, and omg they keep £30 unless you use one of their approved banks, mmm so really another credit check no thanks

Tracking still since last year, so slow I have quite a few purchase's tracking from last year, to be honest I'm sick of having to chase them up, and they are all cash back from in store, will be looking at closing my account

Bad service all round, I never asked for my prescription to be issued, got a email to say that it had, and my card had been charged, when I first contacted about this was told basically tough it's gone through, 4 days later my so called prescription is still with them. Phoned up yet again staff very rude and talk down to you, finally made my self clear and that I never ordered my items, so waiting on a refund, stay well clear of this company

Yes you get charged for making and withdrawal but it's balanced out with no wagering, really think about it they have to make money somehow, how else would they keep going, very impressed with how quick the payout is next day the funds were in my account.

Looked everywhere for Egyptian cotton bedding with some stupid prices, came across these, the first thing I noticed was the price, had my doubts about it but for the price why not. Was kept informed all the time about delivery and my gosh that was very fast, the first thing I noticed was the quality excellent, and how the bedding felt and looked, really love it, will order from again,
