Excellent service received support within 20 minutes. Everything clearly explained right from phone call to mechanic and then supported to garage whom then explained what fault was the possibly found to the mechanic. Friendly and reassuring. Been with these many years and this was the best service. 10/10

Products always good but find staff in Honiton branch extremely rude and lots of attitudes towards customers. In fact it’s like your an inconvenience to them. I e never had this in other stores, however when this store does have staff ( only 3 in whole store today) their attitude it if be you don’t like it shop somewhere else!

I have had a few cards over the past few years and all been great quality. However I advised my sons to use it. First one was fine then the other son paid extra for quick delivery & took 1 1/2 wks to arrive, Next I ordered 3 cards immediately I notice two i’d Got wrong address so they were corrected in minutes and confirmation came through they were going to correct address’ now All 3 cards went to one address (as order was before correction) so a member of my family had to post them to the correct people! Feed back when reported issues was they were sent to corrected address’ but certainly wasn’t and they not even bothered answering my sons e mail! Not Using This Company Ever Again!! Watch Out!

However this time my product took over a month to arrive with no e-mail to say it would be late (well not until I e-mailed you). On a good point the quality of the product was still good. Due to the disappointing service I now use two other companies for my products!
