Have been visiting Rich Tone for 15 or more years. Bought 4 guitars, plus loads of other equipment- strings, amps, pedals etc. I have always found the same high level of friendly helpful (and very expert) help and advice, whether spending £10 or a £1000.
Recently sold a couple back and was pleasantly surprised by the very fair and honest valuations . Would not hesitate to recommend 100per cent.

Disappointing compared to earlier experiences. Although ordered on the 21st October parcel was not received by the sorting office until a week later. In total goods took 11 days to arrive!
There now appears to be no way of contacting Jadlam directly by phone, so the previous pleasant personal touch which one had enjoyed with questions and queries has now gone. Shame, that was always something I'd valued.

Excellent service, value and quality. Decent thick towelling. Sizing not over generous though, hence a 4, not 5 star rating! Gown it's replaced was an XL, and it was more generous in size than the XXL which I bought to replace it!!
