I am only rating my experience with Caryn who was fantastic. I had been trying to open my account for nearly 4 weeks having moved house. I was given advice from other agents that resulted in numerous emails and no results. Tearing my hair out I rang back AGAIN. This time I was lucky enough to speak to Caryn who resolved my issue straight away and created my account with the information I had provided weeks ago. Took delivery of our sofa today quicker than expected. The delivery guys Wayne and Louis were excellent. Professional and friendly. We were kept up to date with the delivery time during the day and it was set up in no time a credit to the company. Well done boys.

I searched the Internet and HotelsClick not only offered the best price they also accepted discount codes reducing the price further.
There price also included breakfast unlike other sites.
The hotel vouchers were emailed immediately and there was no issues at the hotel on our arrival.
Overall a smooth efficient service that I would definitely use again and whole heartedly recommend to others.
