Sam Palmer was the agent who sold me my recent home. The entire process was a nightmare with the seller’s solicitor and my mortgage company. Without Sam, I am sure the sale would have fallen through. When I was losing the plot, Sam was calmly and proactively managing the sale in the background, seeming to know just who to approach and at what time to ensure the sale did not fall through. At all times Sam was calm, professional and pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him or deal with him when it is time to buy again.

Claire was able to get my purchase through under very difficult conditions. Almost everything that could go wrong did! Claire is a brilliant solicitor and remained calm and professional through the whole situation and ultimately got the purchase completed where I suspect many other solicitors would not have been able to.

I had a technical issue with the boiler, and the customer services staff were so patient and helpful with getting me back on track. Thank you. You saved me the cost of calling out a boiler engineer.

This company is responsible for winding up
Together Energy. It is currently turning a blind eye to the out of control accounts department at Together Energy that is inflicting a huge amount of suffering by harassing people for bills they have already paid to Together Energy. There is an accounting error due to a poorly performed system migration. This is not stopping them from threatening ex customers of Together Energy. It is a disgrace and hugely incompetent to allow this to continue.
