Had a whole week of abysmal Customer Service from BT.
Initially they decided to put the price of my tv package up but without telling me.When I spoke to them they sold me another package which included longer contracts.
They then added a product to my order I didn’t agree to buying. This took numerous calls to them to get removed and they cancelled the whole order twice.
Sat at home waiting for their Home Tech expert that they insisted I have because my Wi-fi is very poor . He never came.
Numerous times told people/ Managers would ring me back and they never did.
They changed my mobiles to EE and mislead me with the price and now I can’t get any decent response from EE about rectifying the problem.
I was a BT engineer in the eighties and out of some misguided loyalty, I have stayed with them but I would be very reluctant to recommend them to anyone else.
