Octopus are really easy to deal with, and switching plans is super easy via their website. Even when they are super busy, response by email is an acceptable timeframe. Love how good the customer service is.

Seemed great until after i had signed up, they took payment and then they tell you for some meals there is additional charges. It doesnt say that before you sign up. Not exactly a transparent offer is it? Needless to say I cancelled, asked for the money they had taken prior to an order being placed and my account deleted. I dont like this style of selling. All of that should be explained before you take any money.

Definitely use Motorway again when selling a car. Saves a lot of time getting valuations. Made selling my car so much easier

So so easy to set up, love you can adjust sensitivity (damn our cat! ) gives me great peace of mind knowing I can see immediately what is happening in the house when we aren’t there. Love I can go live too. Absolutely recommend the service and the camera. Great even in the dark.

It’s all so easy, few quid a month and by October I have enough put away to do my Xmas shopping. I don’t even miss the monthly amount. Easy to change your order, easy to contact them. Was surprised at how quickly I got this sorted. I booked through the autoglass website after checking my insurance. Thought it would be a few days to arrange but actually i was able to get an appointment next day. Was a bit disappointed it was a 3rd party contractor and not auto glass but actually he got the job done and because of that my car passed the mot. So I won't complain about that. I like the fact that Autoglass asked for photo's against a coin to ensure it could be fixed and not need a replacement screen. Have used Autoglass before and have to say never been let down. Great that you can also pay the small excess to via the website and not having to have the operative handle cash. I would recommend

High quality mattress at a great price. Best part ordered at 4.59pm with free delivery and it arrived next day at 3.30pm. I can not fault this company. I chatted with them using their webchat service to make sure it would be delivered, but i needn't have worried. This company does what it says it will and the goods are as described. My son loves his new mattress.

Really easy to get quotes and also have the chance to compare prices. Once selected the driver was really polite and helpful and on time too. He collected and delivered as promised and with a smile too. He also text me to let me know the new owner was happy as well. This is a great service and certainly made moving a car around the country really easy. I would definetly use this service again and fully recommend it
