Ordered 2 different products and wow - such super quick delivery! Great communication, so we knew when items were dispatched and due to delivery. The shower seals themselves are great - easy to cut to size if needed, and fit perfectly. Our old glass screens look clean and classy again!

I've coveted a Forage item for ages! Now I've finally got my hands on one of their fabulous leather belt bags, I'm not disappointed - the style, craftsmanship and quality of leather is top notch. Communication and delivery has been perfect. Totally a '5 star plus' experience for me!

We were left totally bemused by this company and how they operate! We arranged to have a survey done on our home specifically for external wall insulation under the ECO4 scheme. They give you a date, but no specific time, so you're expected to wait in all day. The guy who turned up then told us they don't do external insulation, but as he had made a long journey, he would survey for free solar panels (which would take over 2 hours). Nice enough chap - he left - we heard nothing until I eventually chased Effective Home up. They said the survey said as we had no membrane in the loft, we weren't eligible (for the solar panels we hadn't even asked for!)

This feels a bit odd - I do wonder if they claim funding for surveys etc. We didn't even get a copy of their survey or relating paperwork - again, that feels very odd and doesn't bode well for having any confidence in them.

UPDATED: Whilst their response indicates they were clear they don't do external insulation (the precise reason my referral from British Gas was allocated to them) in a call with Jess, we were told they did. And solar was not mentioned - we don't need a 'general' survey as we know what's needed and wouldn't waste our time or anyone else's doing a survey for loft insulation etc that we already have!

What a brilliant product!

I used one at music festivals recently and made such a difference - no more trudging through a sea of tents to find the loo for night time wees! So much better than SheWee's - the Whizzer is better anatomically and easy to transport and clean. I've got one for the car now too!

The customer service was top notch from ordering to receipt.

Parcel (small padded letter size containing lip pencil product) left on doorstep. No knock on door. Delivery notification email was only way I knew it was there. Why not post it through the letterbox?

The engineer was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Great pre arrival communication and an all-round stress free installation experience.

I should have switched to Chase ages ago! Great terms, fab app - no complaints at all. Much better for clarity of income and expenditure. Rounding up and defined pots are also great for budgeting. Head and shoulders above high street banking.

Attended a music event at a venue I'd never been to previously. Great gig and fabulous venue - we'll definitely be returning as we had no idea of the breadth of entertainment on offer there. SFF has definitely helped us experience different venues and experiences that otherwise would have passed us by.

Good site and products. Helpful that it gives clothing size of model and of item worn. Sometimes it doesn't seem worth sending poor fitting items back due to postage costs, so choose your item sizes carefully!

This seems to be the only thing that my stomach can tolerate on those long runs. I really like the taste - not sickly sweet - and it mixes really easily so no gritty residue at the bottom of my soft bottles. Having bought my 1st tub at a run show, I'm now stocked up for summer with my 1st refill, definitely to be followed by more in the future.

Brilliant sports leggings that never let me down! I can fit my huge phone in the back zipped pocket and the high waistband means there are no chilly gaps whether running, cycling or in the gym. Lots of great designs so you'll never get bored of them and customer service that's 2nd to none.
