Firstly, I am very happy with the service and general platform. However, in order to offer some hopefully useful feedback and to make the customer service even better I would focus on two main issues. Firstly. An email enquiry was responded to quickly but three subsequent requests for information was not replied to. I proceeded on line and some of the information was forthcoming from the website but only after entering the reserve option. Secondly I was advised my bike was being valeted, it clearly missed this stage. I may add the delivery driver was a great representative of your company. Helpful, punctual and friendly.
