I had bought about 5 weeks ago 2 lanterns due to their quite “aggressiv“ and continue marketing in FB . I thought these lanterns as they are also costly and of metal should be of an excellent quality. Unfortunately the time period of shining is not long. There are 3 different shining modus to select, very bright, middle and soft shining. Although the lanterns stand during the day in full sunshine if I select the modus of the brightest shining the lanterns shine only about 2,5 hours in the dark and then go off. I complaint this malfunction ( as I thought it is) by the company and they immediately sent 2 new lanterns . But unfortunately also the new lanterns do not shine more than 2,5 hours in the very bright modus, so they have the same problem. Maybe in the „ middle shiny modus“ the period of shining is more but this costly lantern should shine also in the brightest shine modus much more longer, so their solar panel seems not the best. The service of the company is good, also the lantern itself as material is nice but the short shining time in the evening and night is disappointing .

Terrible Customer Service! I don't value here the quality of their products but their Customer Service which I experienced absolutely negatively. Although I wrote them 4 weeks ago 2 emails for a request and complaining still until today I got no response. Previously, about 6 weeks ago, I ordered a product of them and as I live in North Italy the shipment in the beginning seemed unsuccessful because it didn't arrive in time, so I wrote them about 5 weeks ago an email that still the package didn't arrive (then after some days after sending that email it arrived and I sent them another email of successful arriving), Only 1 week ago, so it passed more than 5 weeks, I got an answer from them by email that they saw that the package arrived and wrote me the delivery day, means that they did not never read my email of my confirmation 5 weeks ago that the package arrived. So 2 issues of a very negative experience and an example of a terrible Customer Service.
