Bought the Bao model reading glasses. Really do not work at all. Lens gives blurry image whether up close or at 2-3 metres. Uncomfortable on eyes. Frames flimsy would not expect them to last. Nooz do not cover return postal so cost €14 to send them back. Take care out there !

I absolutely love these glasses from Nooz! They are super lightweight, comfortable enough to wear all day, and have such a sleek, modern design. They fit perfectly and are easy to carry wherever I go. The quality is excellent, and they look much more expensive than they are. If you’re looking for stylish, practical glasses that are comfortable for everyday use, I highly recommend them!

I've been using the Nooz Optics armless reading glasses for at least a couple of years now. I love the smartphone version, they automatically come with you everywhere without having to remember to take them! Recently though my last pair broke suddenly and I felt so lost! These glasses have become my arm and leg! They are so convenient and comfortable, and my conventional spares are no match! Luckily though, they were still in the 2-year warranty period, so I emailed Nooz Optics with pictures, and they were great! Very responsive, prompt, understanding, considerate and professional. Due to travel arrangements, they express FedExed them to me to the UK, at absolutely no charge! The glasses arrived the very next day. Just an additional reason for me to love these glasses even more and to continue using them.

I initially experienced an issue with my glasses. After some time, the lenses developed scratches right in the center of my field of vision, even though I always stored them in the original NOOZ case. I contacted their customer service because I believed the case design allowed the lenses to rub against the inside of the case during normal use.

What impressed me was not just their reply, but the way they handled the situation. They carefully read my message, acknowledged that the glasses had been used exactly as intended, logged my feedback as a quality alert, and immediately offered a full replacement by providing a voucher covering the entire cost of a new pair, along with free shipping.

This is exactly how great customer service should work. Any company can occasionally have a product issue, but what truly matters is how they respond when a customer needs help. NOOZ Optics exceeded my expectations.

I have already placed my replacement order because I genuinely like their glasses. They are lightweight, comfortable, stylish, and very practical for everyday use. I also hope my feedback helps them further improve an already excellent product.

It would be nice to be able to specify the diopters for the left and right eyes separately when ordering.

I had a small issue with one of the optical glasses but has been resolved faster than I thought. I am very satisfied with this optical glasses company. Their team was professional, friendly, and highly customer-oriented throughout the entire process.
They resolved my issue quickly and without any delay, which I greatly appreciated. The glasses are sturdy, well-made, and fitted with high-quality optical lenses that provide excellent vision and comfort.

I love the glasses. Great quality. They are almost the same as my prescription glasses but so much more inexpensive. I did need to exchange for a stronger lens and the communication with Nooz team was outstanding. I highly recommend!

I still have not received the shipment due to wrongly sent to another address and I had to track the DHL number to undrestand where it was shipped.

I absolutely love Nooz glasses. I've ordered at least 5 pairs over the last couple of years. The multi distance, blue light filter make them easy to wear for all situations. Whether I'm looking at my phone, on virtual meetings or at a conference these glasses suit my needs.

Amazing glasses. Got 2 styles & will get another. My vision is perfect & the glasses do not look cheap.

I have ordered nooz glasses before & it was always a pleasant experience. This time I was very disappointed with my glasses.
They didn't match the description & made me dizzy.
I needed to return them & paid more than EUR 18 for returning them from Austria to France.
Worst customer service ever!!!!

Can’t say much about the product as it arrived damaged with stickers already removed so I can only assume I was sent someone else’s return. Nooz has now had my money 30 days today and I still don’t have any glasses. Customer Service is happy to tell me that they have 15 days to process my return after it’s received and as I posted the return less than 15 days ago they cannot tell me if it’s arrived or being processed (15 days since posting tomorrow). It could be another 7 days to deliver if it’s the same so I am facing over 50 days from order to having glasses. These are not cheap readers so overall very disappointed with the situation. If you need glasses anytime soon probably worth looking elsewhere.

Multi-distance glasses were recommended by a friend who has some. Super product! Very happy.
Also bought some driving glasses - also perfect. Take the edge off headlight glare when driving at night.

Didn’t work for me. Made me dizzy maybe blue light. I could read and some mid range but no 6 foot distance.
Note for me now Im stuck with them. Ouch!
