I recently purchased a storage jar and…
I recently purchased a storage jar and measuring spoon, as well as collagen. The spoon does not fit into the jar, and the jar's lid keeps popping open. I have emailed them regarding this, but they are just ignoring me. Terrible customer service.
Update: No reply to the fact that the lid keeps popping open (without the spoon in it), ideally I would have liked a replacement lid or at least just a response to my email. Poor customer service.

The measuring spoon was specifically designed to make it easy to measure the recommended daily serving of our collagen powder. It is not intended to be stored inside the storage jar or to fit it exactly.

I saw it was on sale at my local drugstore in Germany and heard there was a hype about it and decided to try it. I was taking an another collagen before with absolutely no tatse and this one, im very surprised that its advertised as neutral and no taste...I find it taste and smell horrible ): Maybe it will have good effect but juste because of the taste i will sadly not repurchased...

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service! I don't value here the quality of their products but their Customer Service which I experienced absolutely negatively. Although I wrote them 4 weeks ago 2 emails for a request and complaining still until today I got no response. Previously, about 6 weeks ago, I ordered a product of them and as I live in North Italy the shipment in the beginning seemed unsuccessful because it didn't arrive in time, so I wrote them about 5 weeks ago an email that still the package didn't arrive (then after some days after sending that email it arrived and I sent them another email of successful arriving), Only 1 week ago, so it passed more than 5 weeks, I got an answer from them by email that they saw that the package arrived and wrote me the delivery day, means that they did not never read my email of my confirmation 5 weeks ago that the package arrived. So 2 issues of a very negative experience and an example of a terrible Customer Service.

Does nothing at all
I took it for 3 months, every morning, and there was no difference at all(as expected...), not for the skin, not for the hair, not for the nails.
And the taste and smell are just horrible, same for the consistency.

It is unfortunate that you didn’t experience the results you were hoping for. At the same time, it’s important to mention that collagen absorption can vary from person to person. An adequate vitamin C level is essential for the body’s own collagen production, as vitamin C supports collagen synthesis and contributes to the normal function of the skin.
In general, collagen utilization in the body is highly individual and influenced by factors such as metabolism, hormonal balance, stress levels, and overall health. That’s why it’s important to ensure your daily vitamin C needs are consistently met.
Regarding taste and consistency:
We did not add any flavour to our products which means that the product has only a very mild natural taste and typically does not alter the flavor of other ingredients or stronger-tasting drinks it’s mixed with. For optimal dissolution, we recommend stirring it into at least 200 ml (about 7 oz) of liquid. Since collagen is a natural product, slight variations between batches can occur, but this does not affect quality. That said, we completely understand if you found the taste or texture unpleasant.
You could also try splitting your daily dose throughout the day — for example, adding one scoop to two different drinks or meals instead of taking two scoops at once.

Last week I ordered Glow 25 Collagen
Last week I ordered Glow 25 Collagen. According to the tracking information, the package was returned to sender, and I never received the product. I've since contacted them twice by email, but have not yet received a response, replacement, or refund.
I kindly but urgently request that you confirm a refund or re-delivery by next week. If I don't hear back, I will be forced to take further action.

Empty claims. Weak results
I've been taking it for a while now (long enough to see some results) but despite Glow25 claiming high quality compared to other collagen brands, their claims seem to be unjustified, as well as the price. There are other brands out there that offer maybe even better quality but you are not overpaying for the brand. And the whole "mix with coffee routine" doesnt really work if you respect your coffee. It changes the texture of it, despite being neutral. Adding this to your routine is really time consuming and not worth it.

I can’t really say I am happy with…
Update: I sent Glow.de an email about the below situation on the 28th of January. On the 09th of February, so a week and a half later, and after I posted here on Trustpilot, they finally responded to me. They have resolved the situation by sending me a new product, which has arrived intact. So I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4, because I am happy with the actual product. 1 star less than 5 because they were that slow to respond with their costumer service. Other than that I am happy with the product.
Original review: I can’t really say I am happy with Glow25. I purchased a packet of their collagen powder which came in a bag that was actually open on one side.
There was collagen powder in the box used for shipping and also on my hands as I got the package out. Not only was product lost but it didn’t seem sanitary to consume at that point. I reached out to customer service with pictures to ask for a solution but five working days later I am still being ignored. One extra star because at least I have the product, it arrived. But shy away if you want your moneys worth.
