Claim accepted then denied
They accepted my claim, I was even transparent with them saying Etihad had offered me 300 euros compensation.
After weeks, they return and say that the claim has been denied with Etihad contacting me now offering 0 euros.
A 25 euro voucher on Flightright for future claims is an insult, we all know this is for me to use them again, not that they are sorry for the experience.

Complete waste of time. Takes years and nothing happens and in one case even accused me of having received money from easyJet which is simply not true! Absolutely useless and do not recommend to use.

I’m extremely happy with Flight Right and their service! ✈️
At first, I honestly didn’t believe that I would ever get any money back from Lufthansa because of my flight delay. Flight Right handled everything for me and managed to get me €600 compensation from Lufthansa. 🙌
The whole process was much easier than I expected, and I didn’t have to deal with Lufthansa myself.
A big thank you to the Flight Right team for their professional and successful work. I would definitely recommend Flight Right to anyone who has experienced a flight delay or cancellation and isn’t sure if they are entitled to compensation.

This company it’s shit, I had 7 cases for flight been cancelled and applied for compensation with this company for over 3 years now never get penny from them.
I advise people never use them they are only waste of time.

I am very disappointed with this company’s customer service.
After a long wait, they told me my case was resolved and that the airline had contacted me about my refund.
This is simply not true.
When I asked for an explanation, they only replied that my case was closed and ignored all further messages.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company

Honestly i find it difficult to believe the legitimacy of previous reviews. These guys are total charlatans. We had a “nailed in” case whereby Ryanair delivered us to a different airport 200 miles away from actual destination and 9 hours late. Over 3 months the communication has been non existent and then last week i received communication with zero explanation that there is not enough evidence to pursue our claim. Please do not waste your time with them

Fees not explained till you've already signed up
When I went to claim compensation for a delayed flight I was directed to what I thought was part of the EasyJet website. Only after I had filled out all the requested information did I realize that I'd signed up with a law firm that was going to take a big chunk of the award I was due -- and that I couldn't cancel. I got my award fairly quickly, but after all the fees I received 165 euro from a 250 euro award. I would not have used Flightright if they had disclosed their fees up front.

Ho can you mix up easyjet with Flightright? It is also not true, that you can not cancel a case. Within 14 days you can withdraw a case at Flightright and we will close it free of charge!
