After my flight was canceled with no reason on the night before we were due to fly it was a nightmare trying to rebook. My friend told me about Refly and I thought 'why not'. I got a full refund of my expenses in less than a week.

Air Help is the Way to Go!

I'm not sure what exactly Airhelp did…

I'm not sure what exactly Airhelp did other than just to provide a portal for catching the details, act as a middle men to collect the money and keeping a share of it (which I obviously had to agree with)... I had to do mostly the leg-work and provide evidence what financially impact our delay had on us... I should have tried first directly with the airline and see what will happen.
