Totally unsatisfied with their service
I made a claim against an airline for a cancelled flight using this company and I got my money after more than 4 years!
I didnt get the whole amount I was entitled to as I had to buy another plain ticket at a huge price to complete my journey. The new ticket was not added to the claim, although theywere provided with all the proofs/documents, etc. There was no complication, simple claim for a cancelled flight...
Since that claim, I made a couple more directy to the airline and got my compensation in full within weeks!
Don`t waste your time and money with such companies. Make your claims directly to the airline and you will get right compensation you deserve.

Simply dont care
After the airline vueling did everything the could to not pay me or my wife for a delayed flight i turned to these guys for help.
Waist of time, only want quick wins claim there all about justice they simple dont want to know if there is any work involved.
Sent them all the details screen shots of how airline were messing us around, the airline have said they have paid which they havent and this lot have just given up.
I dont care about the money just dont want the airline to get away with treating people so badly.
Lots compaines out there use sombody else.
