This was out third order of blinds, As with previous, they arrived quickly, with great communications about delivery. They are very robustly made , and yet look crisp and minimal. They ae easy to fit, and the company kindly helped with extra fixings because of our slightly unconventional fitting. The website is well designed for helping you to get things right. We intend to get more blinds in the near future.

Russwood supply a very high quality product, and after a wide search for less expensive cladding, we realised that no other supplier that we could find came anywhere near offering the same quality at a more competitive price.
Add to that their friendly communications and the clarity of their terms and conditions, and it became a no-brainer to be supplied by them.
The product surpassed the high expectations we had of it, and now fitted, it looks as "sharp" and consistent as we could have hoped for.

An excellent range of varnishes at a reasonable price and in larger size tins. I was able to get a product that isn't widely available retail, and despite living in one of so-called "remote" areas of the UK, (that isn't), delivery was very quick and on time. The Paint Shed is mu future go-to for paint.

The online ways to get in touch are a bit confusing. Without my account number it was impossible to use any of the methods. The person who answered my call was great (Leo apparantly).( Not his fault, but I had to wait ages and wasn't sure it was actually going to be answered)) He did what he could, and gave me my account number, which was very helpful, But my query was not resolved as further identifying data was needed to change back from business rates to council tax. PS. Interestingly, this feedback has been closely monitored and quickly replied to; someone is obviously keen to get good comments. So I have modified my title and comments to give a bit more positivity.

I have visited CTD in Inverness on two occasions recently. On both occasions, and by two different colleagues, I was given excellent advice and assistance. On choosing tiles the guidance was to-the-point and impartial. With tools and consumables I felt that I was helped to choose items that would help me as an amateur, to achieve a professional finish without excessive costs. For a company that is obviously inclined more towards trade sales, this helpful, customer orientated approach is extremely commendable.

Whilst the setup in Napoli is maybe not as professional as some other suppliers, the cars are excellent and we had no problem as regards selling us unnecessary insurance or issues with the returned vehicle. The price was excellent and perhaps it helped that we booked in the UK through Zest, which we also recommend.
The pickup arrangements from the airport are a bit hit and miss and we didn't get processed very quickly at the office; but the employees we interacted with were great. Recommended for a bargain.

This company shipped metal really quickly to Northern Scotland, a part of the world which many companies refuse to deliver to. The fact that they will send large sheets of steel here is greatly appreciated. The prices are also very reasonable.
