Instead of mashing a package into my mailbox.....walk up to the third floor and leave it outside my door.
It's hard for someone on crutches to do it.

Gordon's is the best delivery service. They deliver both medications and weekly food. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Excellent

My package was to come today between 17.00 and 22.00. I opened the link to see the exact time and saw that my package wasn't coming, but maybe in a day or two.
Perhaps a text would have been nice

And today still nothing though I was told last night it was on the way.
Truth would be nice

The delivery itself was excellent. The driver was courteous and came at the time predicted.
HOWEVER, the practice of asking for an additional fee to get a reasonable time for evening delivery by the company stinks.

I am changing my rating from 1 to 5.
After being in contact with customer service, they have promised to replace the expired articles and talk with their shopping department. All of this happened within 24 hours after my complaint.

I ordered 100 Vitacraft hundgodis: fish sticks. The ones shipped were two months over the best before date. They were also sent loose in a large box instead of being left in the factory cartons.

I have contacted customer and am waiting for their response. I will follow up on this review after I have heard from them.

Excellent! They notified me when something was going to take longer to be delivered instead of making me wonder.
