Was told my case was to complex when all I was asking was some adjustments on the note to protect myself and allow me to work until I could speak with gp with there long wait times now work wont allow me to work I thought there whole reason was for this exact situation wasn't asking for long term was just asking for enough time with gp and ocupational health I don't care about the money just want to make a living and protect myself to much to ask for

The doctors at The Online Clinic do not issue Fit Notes on demand. If they are uncomfortable with the circumstances surrounding the request, they will not issue a Fit Note.
I am very sorry that we were unable to help you further, but the doctor was not comfortable with the request. Whether or not to offer a Fit Note is at the clinical discretion of the doctor.

Positive experience, definitely use again
Medical questionnaire was straightforward & easy to use, along with how to take & upload pictures, ID etc.
My answers to further questions from the GP’s were responded to very quickly. Prescription ordering process (once prescribed) was easy & quick, delivery on time. Overall a very positive experience using The Online Clinic.

Very slick and easy-to-use service…
Very slick and easy-to-use service overall. I needed a diagnostic test, which arrived promptly, was straightforward to complete, and the results came back quickly. The process up to that point was excellent.
My only suggestion for improvement is around continuity of care. Once I received my result, I needed treatment, but I had to open a separate consultation. The new clinician initially asked me to order a test, even though I had already completed one through the same service. It would have been much smoother if I could have shared my existing results directly with a doctor as part of the same journey, without effectively starting again.
Overall, I had a good experience and would use the service again, but a more joined-up process between testing and treatment would make it even better.

This was an error by the doctor who reviewed your consultation. Your test result was available to her, but she did not notice the result prior to adding the test kit for you.
