Not very helpful when things go wrong., but you do delegate to royal mail when you pay for a service such as singmed for next day delivery it doesnt mean a week later, not one did you listen to the information i was giving you about the so called attempted delivery bu royal mail when they never attempted delivery, maybe you should care more about people paying you large amounts of money for your service than you do the royal mail, i would not reccomend you to anyone, Seems that once you had my money you didnt care.

Super quick service from start to finish
I have always used Zava on my weight lose journey, they are very professional very competent. if you have any questions for the doctor or are worried about anything they are always on hand & will get back to you within a couple of hours at most. They are not the cheapest but the service is well worth the extra. Im very happy with the service, from ordering which is super quick to getting my product delivered within 28-48hrs really good service. Once you have ordered once your details are kept which makes the next order Super quick. I would recommend Zava to anyone

When things go Wrong with Private Health Care
You only know a company when things go wrong, so when a pen worth £200 would not prime and then ruptured and started leaking, despite the fact i had been using these pens for months without a problem. Zava med puled up the drawbridge, blamed the patient and tossed me aside. Leaving me without medication that they had been relentlessly atrempting to sell me for months. I had been speaking with my GP about stopping the medication and had followed his advice, because I felt Zava Med simply wanted to keep me on their books, rather than offering an exit stratergy, this sudden stoppage is not the way I wanted to end my treatment and to suddenly find that doctors had been replaced by admin staff that soo kindly tell you everything is your fault, they will do nothing to rectify the situation, except patronise you in the hope you go away. However such dismissive service only shows how private medical care can swiftly turn on their patients when they simply want to be treated with respect rather than being turned into a fall guy. Left without medication, support or any form of patient care.
