Accidently ordered wrong item and turns out they dont let you cancel your order and take a fee of 69 SEK for returns. Garbage company will never buy there again.

Great customer service! One of the products (a shampoo) was damaged during shipping, but, after contacting them, they promptly refunded the price and gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase.

Definitely not the best place to get your prescription from especially if you're on continuing medication. Delayed prescription orders is insane. So disappointed in Apohem

I didn't get my package. And they said that it is my problem. I trust buying with them and choosing de delivery company that did NOT deliver my package. If they can't guarantee the delivery so change the company. I payed everything right. And they say that it is my problem???

Delayed my order without telling me, then I was forced to change my prescription medicine to an alternative with less than half the amount I paid for (without offering a price cut!) and even then they refused to ship it.

Very poor customer service, delay in the shipment of products, and the products do not reach the customer. Please be careful not to buy from this pharmacy. Very, very, very bad service.

They had to cancel my order due to a theft happen with budbee. But then they refused to send me again the products I ordered, which I do not know why. Very strange and not flexible at all.

Edit: a follow up - I reordered the products, and the customer service adjusted the discount for me as when I ordered.

Bought a product on Apohem that didn't do what it promised. I just tested it and informed the customer service. They were prompt in answering but not in solving the issue. Now, I have a new product that I cannot use because it doesn't work in the way it was promised to in the product description page on their site. I cannot get ångeratt return as well because I opened it. How will one know the details of a product without first opening the box and reading the manual? Details and fine print are not advertised on the item's page on their website.
I should never have bought anything on Apohem and I will never make the same mistake of using their services again. This is the first time I am forced to keep a product by an online company despite my complete dissatisfaction with it.
