Discriminative delivery options
I have ordered a couple of times before, but many products were out of stock all the time. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to ensure consistent availability. Moreover, the home delivery option to my small town is no longer available, which feels quite discriminatory, and I only found this out after I had already added the medicines to my cart and spent time placing the order. I’m tired of this pharmacy.

Accidently ordered wrong item and turns out they dont let you cancel your order and take a fee of 69 SEK for returns. Garbage company will never buy there again.

I didn't get my package
I didn't get my package. And they said that it is my problem. I trust buying with them and choosing de delivery company that did NOT deliver my package. If they can't guarantee the delivery so change the company. I payed everything right. And they say that it is my problem???

Two weeks of my life wasted
Delayed my order without telling me, then I was forced to change my prescription medicine to an alternative with less than half the amount I paid for (without offering a price cut!) and even then they refused to ship it.
